Join a dynamic IT team as an IT Specialist for Backup & Recovery, where you'll be instrumental in securing and ensuring the availability of critical data within a hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises and Azure Cloud). This role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining robust backup and recovery strategies, administering and optimizing systems like Dell EMC NetWorker and AvePoint Cloud Backup, and automating schedules with Automic Software. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration with professional experience)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on Backup & Recovery, ideally in hybrid environments
- Profound knowledge in the administration of backup systems, preferably Dell EMC NetWorker and/or AvePoint Cloud Backup
- Experience with automation tools, ideally Automic Software, for process control
- Programming skills for automating routine tasks through scripting
