Head of Service | Leiter Service (m/w/d)

Job Summary
As the Head of Service, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the service business unit. Your core responsibilities include establishing, optimizing, and restructuring the service division, as well as developing and implementing its strategic direction. You will lead and mentor the service team, manage resource deployment, and serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Additionally, you will plan and conduct training for customers and employees, ensuring production adheres to all relevant norms, laws, regulations, and safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work on diverse projects for innovative companies, and report directly to the management. The position is ideal for a professional with a background in automation or electrical engineering, coupled with substantial service and leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in both German and English.

Degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Leadership experience
- Very good knowledge in the electrical engineering environment
