Job Summary

This role involves leading and independently managing national and international projects focused on technical training equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and economic implementation of projects, including resource management, budget, and schedule planning. A key part of the job is building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers, as well as managing external service providers. The position also requires developing new concepts for the use and optimization of existing training systems, such as Live-Fire-Monitoring-Systems. You will be expected to prepare and negotiate offers, service descriptions, and presentations for clients and partners, working closely with internal departments like development, purchasing, and production.
