Job Summary

This is a challenging and versatile leadership opportunity within a leading consulting and IT firm based in Zurich. You will take professional and personnel responsibility for the Abacus Service Desk team, currently comprising six employees. Your core mission is to ensure professional and efficient application support for Abacus software users. This involves continuously developing support processes and tools, managing complex support requests, and overseeing escalation management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing quality assurance reports, driving improvements, and fostering the development of your team members. Success requires strong customer orientation, high quality consciousness, and empathetic leadership. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or further education in Commercial Administration or Information Technology.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in application support, specifically with Abacus software.

  • Professional experience in managing escalation processes and complex support inquiries.
