Job Summary
This role involves designing, implementing, and securing IT/OT systems and networks for clients in the process and manufacturing industries, adhering to current security standards like NIS2. The specialist will also administer, test, and optimize IT networks and systems within industrial plants. A key part of the job is providing technical consultation and remote support to clients for swift problem resolution, alongside planning and conducting workshops and training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system integration, particularly with network technology and security infrastructures, and be adept at working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with industrial IT/OT systems
- Professional experience with network and security infrastructures
- Knowledge of database and MES systems, or willingness to acquire it
