In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical support and assistance to clients, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of advanced security systems. Your day-to-day will involve supporting commissioning, performing technical service and after-sales diagnostics, and troubleshooting issues both remotely and on-site. You'll also coordinate interventions, provide technical hotline support, and manage RMA processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a recognized electrical engineering profession (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology or Information and Telecommunications Technology)
Experience
- Professional experience in security technology
- Practical experience with electronic security systems and automation technology (advantageous)

- Valid driver's license for Germany; Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites with overnight stays; Ability to work mobile, at customer sites, and partially from home; Based in Rüsselsheim am Main.
