Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician at WEPA's largest plant in Giershagen, you will be the central point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining and servicing IT equipment across production, warehousing, and administration, including notebooks, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. You will provide immediate support for operational needs, administer IP telephony and video conferencing systems, and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you'll handle on-site network topics, coordinate service providers, and contribute to international IT projects.
