Job Summary

Join the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, one of Europe's largest real estate portfolio managers, as an Electrical and Building Services Engineer at the Teveren site. In this role, you will be an integral part of interdisciplinary construction project teams, focusing on federal building projects such as educational institutions, administrative buildings, and NATO airfields. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve steering, quality, and performance control of external engineering firms, contributing to planning and procurement, and providing expert construction advice. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a technical focus, or a comparable engineering discipline; OR successfully completed state-certified technician or master's degree in one of the aforementioned fields.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the real estate industry (ideally several years)
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience in an engineering-related role (if applying with a technician/master qualification)

German (Fluent)
