Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Foreman
Experience
- Professional experience in ensuring high availability and efficiency of manufacturing facilities
- Experience in leading commercial teams (approx. 10 employees)
- Experience in planning, steering, and monitoring repairs, maintenance, and installation projects
- Experience in ensuring and monitoring quality standards
- Industry-specific knowledge is desirable
