As a Solution Architect at Vibracoustic, a leading automotive supplier within the Freudenberg Group, you will spearhead the design and delivery of global IT solutions for critical Corporate Functions, including HR, Treasury, and Customs, as well as Financials. This role involves defining strategic IT architecture aligned with company goals, analyzing business demands to recommend optimal technologies, and ensuring secure, cost-efficient, and scalable IT services. You will partner with executive stakeholders, provide technical leadership to a team of experts, and drive digital business transformation across various platforms and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT, strong professional experience with Finance, Controlling, and HR systems (ideally SAP FI/CO), and expertise in IT architecture, ITIL, and PMI, with tools like LeanIX or ServiceNow.
