Job Summary

This exciting and varied role, based in Zurich, involves implementing, managing, and developing customer network infrastructures, working both remotely and on-site. The Junior Network Engineer/Administrator will collaborate closely with the Network Engineering team on new installations and modifications, providing crucial 2nd and 3rd level support for analyzing and resolving network disturbances. Key responsibilities also include creating comprehensive technical documentation, delivering customer training sessions, actively participating in various projects, and developing technical concepts and solution proposals. To succeed, candidates must have completed IT education and possess initial experience in network technology, specifically demonstrating good to very good knowledge of Cisco products and practical experience configuring switches, routers, and firewalls.
