Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital transformation efforts of various clients by ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components, as well as the identification and resolution of IT issues at both user and system levels.
