Job Summary
This role involves the autonomous development of electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, including lighting, intelligent surfaces, E/E systems (MiKo), and motor drives. The successful candidate will define mechatronic concepts and system specifications, create and manage technical development documentation according to automotive standards, and perform layout and circuit diagram creation using Mentor Expedition, including electrical and thermal simulations. The position requires generating new product ideas, developing technology platforms and circuit topologies, and contributing to test specifications and execution. You will work in interdisciplinary agile project teams, lead design qualification, support the design-in process for new hardware solutions, and manage international projects with external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for developing cutting-edge mechatronic systems.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
Experience
- Initial experience with technology platforms, circuit topologies, and specific key components (e.g., ASICs)
- Experience with agile development methods
- Knowledge or experience in lighting, intelligent surfaces, E/E systems (MiKo), and motor drives
