The ideal candidate will have a completed technical vocational training in electronics, coupled with advanced technical training (e.g., Master Electrician or Technical Business Administrator), and experience in testing or analyzing electronic components, ideally with high-frequency technology. Good German and technical English language skills are essential, along with readiness for shift work and familiarity with ERP systems.
