Job Summary
This IT Service Manager role involves building and enhancing IT service management to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate and support the handling of changes, major incidents, and problems, preparing information for management. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective incident and problem resolution to minimize downtime, monitoring SLAs and performance indicators, and generating stakeholder reports. The role also requires implementing systems for service and process improvement and addressing stakeholder and management queries. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent professional experience, coupled with expertise in service management, particularly with managed and professional services deals. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and IT management frameworks like ITIL and ISO 27000ff. is crucial for this position.
