Job Summary
As a Senior IT Supporter, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems by prioritizing, classifying, and documenting tickets, and resolving IT disruptions. A key part of your role will involve optimizing ticket systems and support processes, as well as installing, deploying, and expanding workstation components. You'll coordinate with 3rd-level support and external service providers to tackle complex IT issues, manage IT hardware and software using tools like Matrix42, and oversee user administration in Active Directory. Your expertise will also contribute to IT asset inventory, technical documentation for audits, and the evolution of the IT landscape through project participation and device rollouts. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years in IT Support
- Experience with Audits, Re-certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with IT service catalog creation (ideally)

- Willingness to travel for project assignments
