Job Summary
As the Head of IT, you will be a pivotal technology leader for a Hamburg-based e-commerce company specializing in online vacation rental bookings. You will be responsible for defining and executing the IT strategy, ensuring the scalability and optimization of the booking platform, API, and channel manager. This role involves leading and developing a team of five IT specialists, including Tech Leads, IT Support, and DevOps experts, fostering a collaborative environment with the Product Team. You will also be crucial in maintaining the stability, security, and high availability of the IT infrastructure and software solutions, driving software development with a focus on modern technologies and efficient processes, and prioritizing the IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
