Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of Windows client and server environments, including the management and optimization of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. The IT System Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the overall IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, security, and backup systems. Key responsibilities include user and rights management within Active Directory and Azure AD, troubleshooting and resolving issues through support, and meticulously documenting processes and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, proven experience with Windows and Microsoft 365, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
