Job Summary
As Team Lead Cloud ERP and IT Product Owner for Digital Finance, you will strategically advance the company's digital financial processes. This involves leading a four-person team, fostering their development, and ensuring efficient resource planning. You will play a central role in evolving the existing SAP Business ByDesign ERP system, focusing on Finance & Controlling, ensuring seamless integration, managing testing, and overseeing successful go-lives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll analyze requirements, develop practical concepts, and design innovative digital finance processes. Your responsibilities include managing the product backlog, coordinating implementation partners, and supporting departments through training, actively driving organizational change. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, leadership skills, and a passion for digital transformation in a dynamic, growing food brand.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry
- Familiarity with ERP transformations (system changes, rollouts, migrations)
- Solid project management experience (classical and agile), ideally certified
- Experience successfully building and developing ERP solutions in fast-growing companies
- Experience connecting IT and business departments and managing teams or external partners in an IT Product Owner or similar interface role
