Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing all technical operations and managing construction and modernization projects within a large hospital group. The successful candidate will lead and develop the technical and construction department, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and servicing of all technical systems. A key responsibility will be the planning and management of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, including a significant new clinic building. The role also encompasses budget planning, cost control, procurement, and the management of external service providers. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who can drive sustainability initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide expert advice to hospital management, contributing significantly to the future of patient care.
Required Skills
Education
Completed engineering degree in Hospital Operating Technology, Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical leadership, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operating technology, construction planning, and project management
- Proficient in relevant legal and normative regulations
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems and digital technologies in healthcare
