Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive administrative support within a university's student affairs office, focusing on student admissions, enrollment, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing selection and admission processes for various bachelor's and master's programs, as well as managing student enrollment procedures. Key duties include providing information and support to current, former, and prospective students, assisting international applicants through their application and admission journey, and issuing university entrance qualifications for vocationally qualified individuals. The position also requires meticulous administration and maintenance of student and applicant records. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in administrative or commercial roles, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant legal frameworks and excellent IT skills.
