Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on client management, responsible for the entire lifecycle of the client infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining client systems, managing deployments, group policies, software distribution, and patch management. The specialist will also handle 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents, service requests, and problems, troubleshoot client issues, and monitor system availability. A key part of the role involves selecting and testing new hardware models and creating comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
