Job Summary

This Optical Engineer role focuses on developing cutting-edge optical systems for high-performance data centers, particularly for AI and optical computing networks. The successful candidate will design and develop optical components, with a strong emphasis on fiber-photonics interfaces, to optimize system performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading the development and prototyping of optical assemblies from concept to mass production, selecting and evaluating components, and transitioning new products and processes from prototype to industrialization. The role requires expertise in optical communication, component manufacturing processes, and mechanical/thermal design, utilizing CAD software.
