Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, a leading provider of IT solutions, and help advance technology to the next level. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily IT operations by classifying and dispatching incoming tickets, resolving problems, and managing change requests and incidents. Key responsibilities also include installing and maintaining workstations (PCs, phones, printers) and local servers, managing Active Directory, and performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades. This position acts as a crucial communication interface between users and other support teams, and involves supporting various IT project topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, initial experience in IT support, and a good understanding of IT network technology.
