Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist, either a recent graduate or experienced professional, to join FERCHAU's team in Germany. You will be instrumental in providing 1st and 2nd level support to field employees and acting as a crucial interface to internal departments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers) and software, including proprietary applications. You'll also be involved in setting up new hardware and software, configuring mobile devices via MDM systems like Mobileiron, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the IT landscape and deepen your knowledge through practical experience, all within a supportive team environment.
