Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the planning and design of heating and ventilation systems, adhering to the HOAI service phases. The Project Engineer will coordinate extensively with subcontractors, clients, and construction management, ensuring projects stay within budget and on schedule, and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities also include close collaboration with system planners and overseeing maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration, climate, and ventilation units and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in building services or a related field, practical experience in ventilation and/or air conditioning technology, and proficiency with planning software like Trimble Nova.
