Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in Functional Safety, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of electronic components and subsystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test specifications, supporting production readiness, and managing serial products including their further development and obsolescence. Key tasks involve designing and evolving module concepts and architectures, developing and commissioning PCBs and modules within the safety development process, and setting up testing environments. The position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, particularly with microprocessors, digital and analog technology, and testing. Basic knowledge of embedded software development in C/C++ is also beneficial, alongside an understanding of functional safety principles and the V-model.
