Job Summary

As the Head of Development, you will strategically lead the development and sales departments to achieve company goals, focusing on innovative product development and international development strategies. This role involves comprehensive responsibility for the development of electromechanical, electronic, and optical devices, from initial design through to series production, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines. You will manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization within product development. Additionally, you will be responsible for the departmental management system, coordinate technical documentation, contribute to market activities, and optimize components for manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics, coupled with several years of leadership experience in product development, preferably within a technology-driven company. Strong understanding of electromechanical, electronic, and optical components, experience in series development, and proficiency with development tools are essential.
