Job Summary

As a Service Team Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing service-oriented and, whenever possible, conclusive advice in person, over the phone, and via email. A key part of your role involves processing assigned service requests and ensuring efficient welcome management, including active waiting time management, appointment scheduling, and data maintenance within the customer guidance system. You will also be responsible for identifying sales potential, actively engaging customers to foster loyalty and acquisition, and handling customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner while collaborating with specialist departments. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new team members and trainees, imparting practical knowledge across technical and process-related areas.
