Job Summary

This exciting opportunity as an IT Client Supporter/System Engineer places you at the forefront of technical operations, providing crucial 1st and 2nd Level IT support across a global organization. You will be responsible for advising, processing, and resolving complex hardware and software issues for international subsidiaries, utilizing both on-site and remote support methods. A core function involves the independent analysis and resolution of technical faults, alongside the installation and maintenance of diverse workplace devices, including PCs, peripherals, mobile endpoints, and printers. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of the IT landscape and participate in or lead IT Workplace projects. Candidates must bring several years of professional IT experience and excellent communication skills, coupled with a structured, solution-oriented approach to thrive within this distributed, international team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Information Technology or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
  • Experience in analyzing and resolving technical faults
  • Professional experience in installing and maintaining IT infrastructure (PCs, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Experience in creating and updating technical documentation
