Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support and services, primarily focusing on IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities. This includes configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, performing PC deliveries, and setting up workstations. You will also be involved in office moves and technology rollouts, documenting all tasks in a ticketing system, and providing onsite and 1st level client support. This role requires strong client-facing skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
