Job Summary

This role involves working closely with the management and various departments of Lebenshilfe Bremen to drive digital transformation. The Digitalization Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the cross-departmental implementation of the MICOS documentation software. Key tasks include identifying, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes, developing digital and automation solutions for client administration, service planning, and documentation. The officer will also lead documentation and digitalization projects, evaluate software solutions, provide user support, configure data, manage system adjustments, organize internal training, and maintain relationships with external service providers. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to enhance social services and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Education

University degree with an IT focus or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Initial experience with software solutions in the social services sector
  • Experience in managing complex IT and digitalization projects
  • Experience in digital project management, or willingness to acquire it
