Job Summary

As a Quality Process Engineer, you will be the focal point for quality projects within an industrial setting, actively contributing to transnational project teams. Your role involves coordinating ongoing quality assurance and process optimization initiatives, developing improvements within the process landscape, and supporting their operational implementation across departments. You will serve as a key interface to production, work preparation, quality assurance, and IT/IM, leading and supporting quality management projects both internally and with clients. A crucial part of your work will be defining and implementing continuous improvement measures for tools, processes, and methods, alongside developing software solutions for the partial automation and optimization of Quality Engineering and operational quality processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
