Job Summary

As a Team Leader in Maintenance, you will be the central point of contact for manufacturing, engineering, and external service providers. Your daily tasks will involve overseeing current fault reports, prioritizing and planning necessary actions with your team, and coordinating external services for maintenance and repairs. You will conduct shop floor rounds to inspect machine conditions, provide technical support, and ensure spare part availability. A key part of your role involves developing strategies to enhance machine availability, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This position requires strong leadership in maintenance coordination, the ability to analyze and solve technical issues, and a commitment to operational readiness and safety within a dynamic energy technology environment.
