This role is for a proactive Onsite IT Support Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for IT issues, providing direct, on-site assistance to users. The specialist will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, perform troubleshooting, and resolve technical disruptions. Collaboration with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams is crucial to ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification, coupled with experience in IT support, particularly in an onsite capacity. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, understanding of networks, IT security, and mobile devices are essential.
