This role is for a Manager of Analytical & Data Science who will lead a team focused on advancing analytical methods and predictive models for biotech-derived ingredients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and validating methods for product characterization, defining critical quality attributes, and building predictive models that link molecular structure to functional performance. They will apply multivariate analysis, Design of Experiments (DoE), and real-time data pipelines to strengthen data-driven decision-making across global R&D sites. The position requires strong leadership to standardize analytical SOPs and QA/QC metrics, ensuring seamless method transfer to other teams and effective collaboration with external partners.
