Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TBE) within turnkey building construction projects. The successful candidate will independently manage complex TBE projects, focusing on economic and technical objectives. Key responsibilities include leading negotiations with clients and subcontractors, overseeing and managing external specialist engineers in creating service specifications and planning services according to HOAI, and coordinating, steering, and controlling project progress and construction results. The role also involves conducting construction progress and planning meetings with clients and subcontractors.
