Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development of aqueous primary and secondary batteries, specifically lithium-ion based systems, including their associated testing and charging technologies. The Hardware Development Engineer will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and prototyping to system integration, commissioning, and rigorous testing (qualification, verification, validation). A key aspect of the role is ensuring requirements-based development and deriving appropriate test cases. The position also requires supporting suppliers in manufacturing process design and quality assurance, participating in on-site commissioning at international client locations, and meticulously documenting all development processes.
