As a 1st Level IT Supporter, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing essential technical assistance to customers and internal teams. Your daily responsibilities will include promptly addressing IT questions, resolving software and hardware issues, creating and documenting support tickets, and escalating complex problems to 2nd Level Support. You will offer both telephone and written support, ensuring quick and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an IT-related qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with initial experience in IT support or customer service. Strong knowledge of Windows systems and basic network technologies is crucial, alongside excellent communication skills, a helpful demeanor, and a team-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
