Job Summary

As a Lead Engineer in Digital Manufacturing, you will drive global initiatives aimed at cost savings and continuous improvement within the Formulations operations. This role involves leveraging expertise in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, and Mechanical Engineering to execute strategic programs, identify efficiency opportunities, and deploy advanced technology solutions. You will lead and manage Lean & Six Sigma (L&SS) programs, overseeing multiple L&SS cost-saving projects through statistical analysis and data-driven insights. The position also requires hands-on engineering project work, acting as a project management ambassador, and involves international travel up to 50%. Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or comparable discipline; Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt Certification; PMO certification recommended; PhD in chemical or mechanical engineering with Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the chemical or semiconductor industry
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvements, engineering project management, and data analytics
  • Proven project management execution skills
  • Experience in applying change management principles, especially in semiconductor materials environments
