Job Summary

This role involves the delivery, commissioning, and maintenance of IT system components for international clients, primarily focusing on signal processing IT components. The technician will be responsible for configuration, analysis, and ongoing maintenance at customer sites, working closely with internal development and manufacturing departments. A key aspect of the role is cross-location collaboration with international expert teams and handling customer inquiries through an internal service portal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, information technology, or mechatronics, coupled with significant experience in IT systems within communication technology, IT configuration, and network communication. Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with a willingness to undertake regular international business travel.
