Job Summary

This role involves establishing and developing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary) systems within residential and church construction projects. The Specialist Planner will be responsible for creating innovative HVAC concepts, advising the calculation department and project management during planning phases, and specializing in cost estimation for HVAC components in feasibility studies and project developments. Key responsibilities include reviewing and optimizing external planners' specifications and coordinating closely with the architectural planning department on HVAC designs through various project phases. The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree or similar qualification, experience in complex HVAC project planning and control, and a strong ability to develop economical initial concepts for turnkey construction projects.
