Job Summary

This role involves joining the Federal Office of Cybersecurity (OFCS/NCSC) to contribute to Switzerland's cyber defense by specializing in vulnerability management. The Technical Vulnerability Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing technical weaknesses in software and hardware, coordinating resolutions with manufacturers, and supporting critical infrastructure operators. Key activities include planning and executing bug bounty programs, communicating with ethical hackers, and evaluating security flaws. You will conduct technical analyses and security checks, develop countermeasures, and publish reports. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent in IT or Cybersecurity, possesses solid knowledge of current cyber threats and attack methods, and ideally has experience in software development, penetration testing, or bug hunting.
