Job Summary
This role involves joining the Federal Office of Cybersecurity (OFCS/NCSC) to contribute to Switzerland's cyber defense by specializing in vulnerability management. The Technical Vulnerability Management Analyst will be responsible for analyzing technical weaknesses in software and hardware, coordinating resolutions with manufacturers, and supporting critical infrastructure operators. Key activities include planning and executing bug bounty programs, communicating with ethical hackers, and evaluating security flaws. You will conduct technical analyses and security checks, develop countermeasures, and publish reports. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent in IT or Cybersecurity, possesses solid knowledge of current cyber threats and attack methods, and ideally has experience in software development, penetration testing, or bug hunting. This position offers the chance to develop innovative solutions within a small, dynamic team and requires strong communication skills for active exchange with national and international partners.

- Professional experience in the identification, analysis, and management of security flaws
- Solid knowledge concerning current cyber threats and attack methods and cybersecurity products

Additional
- Requires mastery of one Swiss official language (German, French, or Italian) and English, plus active knowledge of a second official language. Requires very strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate actively with partners from other organizations nationally and internationally. The position is based in Bern, Switzerland (80-100% workload).
