Job Summary
The Technical Analyst in Vulnerability Management contributes significantly to Swiss national cybersecurity by analyzing technical vulnerabilities in hardware and software, and coordinating rectification efforts with producers and critical infrastructure operators. A core responsibility involves planning and executing a bug bounty program, requiring direct communication with ethical hackers, evaluating security gaps, and triaging findings. You will also conduct or manage security testing, develop effective countermeasures, and produce detailed reports for public dissemination. The position demands innovation, requiring the development of concepts for new tools and solutions utilizing emerging technologies. Success relies on maintaining active dialogue with international and domestic partner organizations to analyze the overall cyberthreat landscape and implement proactive, preventive measures. Candidates should possess a tertiary qualification in IT or cybersecurity and proven expertise in identifying and managing security vulnerabilities.
