Job Summary
As an Experience Management Expert, you will be instrumental in enhancing the overall experience across various touchpoints for customers, users, partners, products, services, and brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve understanding business analysis and Experience Management (XM) principles, segmenting customers, creating personas, and defining success metrics. You will be responsible for implementing XM strategies, developing and managing Customer Journey Maps, and conducting discovery and research activities. The role requires leveraging XM software and tools for data collection and interpretation, collaborating with internal teams for data analysis, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving user and customer experiences.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Strategic Design, or a related field. Certification in XM or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Experience Management, Customer Experience Management, or related activities
- Experience in project management
