Job Summary

This Team Leader position in Production Engineering at GF Piping Systems in Schaffhausen is an excellent opportunity for a professional with several years of manufacturing experience ready to step into a management role. The successful candidate will lead a small team and drive both operational excellence and strategic development, including Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) and Lean Management. Key responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of production equipment, from development and procurement (considering technological, economic, and sustainable aspects) to technical detailing using CAD, implementation, and commissioning. You will also manage investment projects, coordinate interfaces with various departments (R&D, Maintenance, Production), and ensure comprehensive project documentation. This demanding role requires entrepreneurial thinking, excellent communication skills, and mandatory fluency in German alongside good English proficiency.
