The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support, handling support tickets via phone, email, and portal, and documenting all interactions in a ticketing system. Experience

  • Practical experience with Windows Client and Server operating systems
  • Initial professional experience in IT support is advantageous
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining WLAN handheld scanners
  • Experience with Windows-based print servers and printers in SAP and Office environments
  • Experience with telecommunication systems (TK-Anlagen)
  • Knowledge of structured cabling and patching network cabinets
  • Experience in technical documentation of existing environments
  • Experience using common ticketing systems, ideally Helpline
