Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT support, both remotely and on-site, for a leading IT services company. The Service Technician will handle a variety of customer inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues (including PCs and printers), and perform installations and data transfers. A key aspect of the role is documenting all activities in a ticketing system, collaborating with other support levels, and contributing to the expansion of ITSM processes according to ITIL standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience with Windows operating systems, and a strong interest in IT support, even if new to the field.
