Job Summary
This role involves providing direct, on-site technical support and troubleshooting for a leading IT service provider in Europe. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks including workstation setup and dismantling, hardware management, and resolving technical issues for users. Key responsibilities also include managing tickets, deploying and wiping notebooks, and supporting both in-person and remote meetings with technical assistance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial experience in Onsite Support
- Experience with ticket systems
Languages
Additional
- Must be willing to work in shifts (early and late shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday). Must possess a Class B driving license.
