The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational safety, coordinating recurring safety inspections, and managing procurements, inventory, and billing for operational materials. Key responsibilities also include planning, controlling, and supervising construction and technical measures, particularly in technical building equipment (TGA), including cost control and the preparation of service specifications. The position requires conducting tenders and awards according to VOB/VgV, acting as the client representative, and managing construction and billing processes.
